I am an event planner and I am interested in getting liability (and professional) insurance. I am deciding between going through my local insurance agent or through EPA. Which insurance companies does EPA work with? Also, how many quotes will I get? Just one company or multiple? Thank you in advance to anyone who can help!

Those are excellent questions. We work with all of the major insurance companies within this specialized market. We will get you multiple quotes to find the best rate and policy to meet your needs.

If you already have a good relationship with your current insurance agent, we can work with him/her to secure your coverage as well.

Either way, you will also have access to all of the Association benefits including our in-house law firm, internet marketing, website design/hosting and Member Discount Program.

Feel free to contact us with any further questions.

Do I have to be a member of the Event Planners Association in order to receive quotes for my business? Can I just submit the event planner application for quotes?

No, you do not have to be a member to get a quote. Just submit the application and one of our Insurance Program Specialists will contact you upon receipt to go over your application prior to getting your quotes.

As a reminder, we work with all of the major carriers in the event industries we represent. Our one-application submittal process will save you time and money as we do all of the leg work necessary to find the best policy and rate to meet your needs.
